Our Research

Our Research Teams

Project A.L.S.™ actively recruits and funds leaders in science, technology, and medicine–many of whom have not worked together before–and requires that they collaborate intensively toward the goal of the first effective ALS therapies.

Project A.L.S.™ funds research from a wide range of disciplines, including neurology and clinical medicine, neuroscience, stem cell biology, molecular biology, drug screening, anatomy, and biotechnology.

The Project A.L.S.™ research teams is made up of scientists and doctors from Columbia University, Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Dalhousie University, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York University, Princeton University, University of St. Andrews, and the Salk Institute.
